I have this weird dream all of the time. What might it mean?

I am at school. I am sitting in class like all of the other students. Except for one thing. I am sometimes only wearing a bra and panties. Or other times I am even naked. Everyone else doesn't seem to notice me or see anything out of the ordinary. They don't seem to care. But I am very embarrassed. I am mortified actually. What does it mean? I have this dream alot.

School means that you want to revert to an earlier stage in life. We start school at the dawn of our biographical lives, so school is the representation of "the begining". Being in your underwear means that you are reavealing yourself, perhaps in waking life you are starting a relationship and are showing parts of your personality and life to someone, which are private to you, but they are very accepting of, like those in your dream who hardly even bat an eye at your scantily clad clothing. You are embarrassed because you know it is not proper to reveal so much in public. Maybe your subconcious is not as comfortable (or warning you about) sharing your private life with someone.

Nearly 90% of people have had this dream, even people in tribal nations who don't wear much! (usually they are showing something taboo)

When asleep, the brain is being reorganized, with all kinds of infi zipping around in there. When we are able to recall any of it, it's probably because we weren't in the deepest kind of sleep -- sort of semi-conscious. Dream content really doesn't have any meaning. If not in the deepest of sleep, one may recall whatever thoughts were floating around at the time. Often, ideas from various scenarios in our memories collide, & make some pretty crazy dreams!

It's probably related to stress. Do you feel stressed out when you have this dream or anxious about something? Try to relax before you go to sleep. Drink chamomile tea. Take a hot bath. Forget about the day and everything that happened. Try not to care about what people think.

desires are merely your mind's eye besides the undeniable fact that it appears like its fairly happening like i had a dream the position a jumped off a progression and that i awoke and that i replaced into in a leaping position so yeah its only a dream nothin a lot except perhaps you've desires that come authentic (i imagined i suddenly met my pal from first grade at a pizza position at this table and the subsequent day similar suited tabe similar suited position similar pal and no i dont do crack.....weed is betta XD)

being in school often signifies a feeling of anxiety about a current state and represents a desire to return to a time when there was less stress / trouble / nervousness. so is there anything in your life right now....a presentation, interview, new r;ship that's making u anxious?
being in underwear or naked represents a feeling of shame at being exposed...either actually being exposed or the fear of scrutiny or failure.

Shame? Are you shamefull about something? Join the club. Being in school will mess with your mind. Once you are out and in control your own life these dreams will go away. Instead of being naked in public, you may be having sex (if you're lucky).
