When the Oil Indicator is showing 70, what does that mean? The indicator starts from 0 - 80.

70 pounds of pressure. Normal oil pressure at highway speeds is 50-70 depending on the engine and accuracy of the gage.

Oil pressure in psi.

the gauge is psi, or pounds per square inch of pressure. As long as it doesnt go into the red, you're fine. It'll go up when you accelerate and go down as you slow down.

Very high.....should read about 45. Take it to a verified tech .
