I can't answer for NASCAR because I know nothing about that, but I would guess that the Sabres are closest to winning it all first. They have set the curve for how a team should build/play in the "new" NHL and the only thing that kept them from going to the finals last year was injuries, which could possibly be the problem this year, too, but when they are healthy they are one of the best teams in the league. They just need to grab some depth today at the trade deadline to get insurance for all their injured guys.
After than, I'd rank:
Mets
Lakers
Bills
but those are really just guesses.

Mets have the best chance of everyone.
2) c'mon, do I even have to say why the Bills won't win
3) The Sabres have a great shot this year to win, but I don't know enough about hockey to say what 'real' chance they have
4) Lakers are great and should do well in the west, but too many big powerhouses + not getting Kidd will hurt their chances
5) Penske? Who is that?
Bonus -- Arizona State will NEVER win a NCAA championship. Not even a PAC-10 title. Never. Ever.

Lakers will probably win another title before anyone else on your list...
and...no ASU will never win any NCAA championships? (sadly)
