When I open the bag while sitting in the drive thru, is it considered overreacting if I drag the manager out the drive thru window and hold his tongue to my exhaust pipe while they fly Hamburgler down from the corporate office to replace my toy?

I would be a little upset myself too.I have never have that happen before but I have had them forget the toys for my kids and when i went back they gave me two a peice to make up for it.It doent matter whether the toys are crappy or not you still pay for it so it should not be damaged. And if people say you are over reacting I am sure there is somthing out there that would really tick them off but just not a kids meal toy.LOL

yes it is considerd overreacting because all u have too do is ask nicely for a replacement, and i'm pretty sure he will give u another. Besides how old r u anywai? don't u think its a liitle to childish to be asking for a toy/ or complaing about a toy?
But anywho just be the bigger person when it comes down to things like this.........It's not he faught he don't make the toy's

That might be a wee bit... umm... excessive.

But I would definately be inclined towards insisting on a replacement, perhaps compensation for the extra time and gas I'm wasting while waiting??

Free cheeseburger maybe?

Not at all... I do that whenever they put pickles on my cheeseburger. They need to learn that the customer is ALWAYS right
