How did the BBC report wtc7 collapsed when it's still standing in the background?

An astounding video uncovered from the archives today shows the BBC reporting on the collapse of WTC Building 7 over twenty minutes before it fell at 5:20pm on the afternoon of 9/11. The incredible footage shows BBC reporter Jane Standley talking about the collapse of the Salomon Brothers Building while it remains standing in the live shot behind her head.

This answer has been created for all the idiots out there. The video is taken directly from the BBC themselves. I have downloaded the original 1Gb video of the LIVE feed this came from. This doesn't mean that BBC had something to do with 9/11. They only report what has been handed to them.
And don't sit there and say it was a mistake. If you are going to reply with that type of crap then be ready to explain HOW that type of mistake can be made. They are reading from a press release they received that described the collapse of WTC7 due to structural damage. How is that a mistake?
What this proves is that the official release of WTC7 collapsing was released too early. For 20+ minutes it was talked about. How does that happen? How does the BBC receive a report of WTC7 collapsing from structural damage 20+ minutes before it happens? Either the building was not imploded on time or someone sent the release early.
If you actually take the time out of watching your stupid reality tv shows and surfing for mindless brain numbing crap on the internet and WATCH the video in question you can see a problem.
They "lost" the live feed from NY when it shows the reporter in front of the window that clearly shows WTC7 standing. What you don't realize is that in a couple of more minutes you would have been able to see WTC7 collapse during the LIVE broadcast of the BBC's 20+ minute rant about the building already collapsing. How would that make you feel? To hear someone talk about WTC7 having already collapsed for 20+ minutes then actually get to see it happen in front of your eyes!
This shows that there was at least one person in a high ranking position that was able to call for the feed to be disconnected. Everyone else is a willing but unknowing participant in the cover-up. You don't need hundreds of thousands of people keeping their mouth shut. You just need at least one telling them what to believe.

the BBC has claimed they lost the original footage, and are running from this as fast as they can.
I also don't understand why yahoo, google, and youtube are pulling these clips down as fast as they can.

At the very minimum, the BBC is completely incompetent.
