He's wearing quite a few jackets.

Looks more like a blazer actually.. Try any top men's shop, like Tip Top Tailors, or department stores... Men's clothing isn't that hard to suss out - they're so limited in stores!

More places: H&M, Le Chateau (if you've got it)...
