How do I get an DVD out of my IMAC 4. When I try to start up, it just shows a smile face going round and roun

Drag the DVD icon into the trash can once it boots up, or insert a paperclip into the little hole by the drive when it is powered down.

under the dvdrom on the front of your computer you should see a small hole. insert a straightened out paperclip into the hole push until the DVD pops out!

supposedly if you hold down the mouse button while starting up your disc should eject if not hold F12 down then try booting holding the shift key
