I have heard drinking plenty of cranberry juice can be helpful when trying to concieve how true is this?
Also if anyone has any other non herbal etc..remedies that can be helpful can you please write them?

I don't know if it will help concieve a child but I have heard that it can make your cervical fluid more acidic which could possibly increase your chance of concieveing a baby girl. I take cranberry tablets everyday because they do help prevent UTI's.

Well.. sort of. Cranberry juice helps flush out toxins in your system and it helps prevent UTI's.. or so I'm told. I read in this article (the website is under my sources) that there is no actual "proof" but women that drank cranberry juice on a regular basis were less susceptible to having a UTI. As for being able to help with trying to conceive, I suppose that not having a UTI will increase your chances of being able to have a baby?

as for cranberry juice: don't know about helping with conception- but its great once you are pregnant to help so you don't get bladder infections.
Red raspberry leaf is great if you are planning on getting pregnant. It helps strengthen your uterus and is wonderful- start taking it now- it can help with conception- and then continue taking once you're pregnant! You can get pills at almost any health food store- you take 2 or 3 a day =)

Cranberry juice is ideal for cystitis and other urinary tract infections. I know you want herbal but, do you take daily folic acid. This is what I take which my nurse advised for me.

Cranberry juice is very helpful with urinary infections so maybe it can but a good gp can advised non chemical methods of help

i was told by my dr to drink cranberry juice when i had a kidney infection to flush my system but i do not think it can help fertility sorry

I was going to say what the first answer is. Their is some country where the primary staple is yams, and their twins birth rate is supposedly the highest in the world.
