Hi,
Im 17 and at first I was 5'5 at age 14 and now I am 5'6 and now I am wondering if I could be taller. I exercise, drink milk, have enough of sleep. Both of my parents are taller than me: dad is 6'1 and mom is 5'9. Does this mean that I have stopped growing? And is there any way to get taller?
Thanks

I was 5'8" at 17 and grew to 6'2" until now, I'm 21.

It's all up to genes and family history. If your family is short guranteed you will be too. Really, short/tall it don't matter, stop worrying about your height and start focusing on the more important things in your life insteada of measly pointless things. You'll be alright. Average height is 5'6" probably

Theres no way to get taller, its a shame too lol! I'm guessing theres probably a short gene in your family somewhere 5'5" isn't a bad height though. Some girls do grow later so you might still grow some more. i haven't grown since 6th grade and I'm 19 but who knows you might grow!

You could still grow a little taller, but I think by 17 most women are pretty close to their adult height. You might just be shorter than your parents - probably have some other ancestors who were not tall.
