I followed the slim fast diet and exercised for about 30 minutes 5 days a week. If you follow the diet exactly how they tell you too, it works. Once you get used to changing your diet that is. that's the hard part. Getting used to the new diet.

What I did, was cut everything I ate down to half. For example, instead of a whole sandwich, I had a half. I didn't take anything out of my diet. I ate anything I wanted, but just cut the portions in half. Plus excersize. It really worked, I needed to lose 15 lbs, and I did it!
