You can take a blood test to assuage your fears. However consider this. You've gotten yourself so worked up thinking adn believing that your pregnant that your body may actually be going through a phantom pregnancy. That is, you may not be pregnant, but you've tricked your body into thinking it is. When have you taken the home pregnancy tests? It's best to test first thing in the mornign with your first urine of the day. Are you already late for your period? If you have missed a period already, then by all means go in for a blood test.

Blood test is the only 100 percent way. I took too many test and most said negative when i truly knew i was pregnant, however when i went to get my blood test they said i should have done it sooner because i was almost four months pregnant already.

If you aren't officially late for your period, wait for it to come & go then try the tests.
