Yes. There is a website. All you have to do is copy the URL of the youtube video, paste it in the website and select your filetype, then click 'convert' and wait. It works really good! The website is below:

Copy the URL or copy the embed code and install them into your blog site. It's not pirating, that's why they post the codes.
