They proved with DNA she was dead, Jana also said she killed her. The look a like is(spoiler alert) Carmen's cousin and I believe the ex is in on it.

Between the story lines surrounding Phyllis throwing her friends out of the apartment; Jenna's being alive or dead; Sharon and Jack playing footsie; Jill having a son and him marrying Amber but he didn't really, (did he?) and all that's going on here, who can take a break from this to as much as run to check the mail? Not me!
As far as Carmen, I don't have the foggiest idea what in the world is going on here. But one thing for sure, it's interesting. I think Jenna is dead but then again, what do I know?
Oops, a commercial, I better go check the mail...

I just saw it, Neil saw Carmen in the elevator, Dru won't be allowed to leave the psyche ward, I think that she is really alive,and it was hust a ploe to get Dru insane,and revenge.I know that Kevin got charged with capital murder, wheres jena, is she deads or what?

Carmen is really dead and she has a twin, that is making Dru's life a living hell because they dont know that Jeana killed Carmen. Either that or Neil is going crazy to.
