When I'm at work I prefer to step outside for a 3-5 min. "smokebreak" about every 1 to 2+ hrs., as of lunch, if it's too busy I'll eat a snack while on the job -I hate jobs that say I have to clock out or take them assigned 15 min. breaks & 30-60 min. lunches
