My favorite season is the Thanksgiving/Christmas season. It is a time of the year when more people became aware of the needs of others and are willing to open their pocketbooks to help. But, unfortunately, this giving spirit doesn't last beyond that point for most folks. This is a shame as people in need don't just need at this time of year; they need year around or until their problems are resolved. The problems & needs of people aren't turned on & off with the flip of the switch like turning on & off the lights.
I also like the decorations, inside and out, the visiting of friends and families, the holiday smells of fresh baked goods,and the sharing. It feels good when you take a tag off the 'angel' tree and provide items that will make a child happy, if only for a day. It takes so little to light up the faces of children. It also feels good when your give food to a family that otherwise would not have a Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. It feels good when you donate some necessities to a homeless person, many who are just down on their luck. It feel good to GIVE.

Summer must be the best, everyone else thinks so. I have to admit, I like summer, too. I wish It'll come already. I got tons of things i want to do but you can only do it in warm weather. We've got snow here now. I want it to go away.
I once asked my Dad what he likes about winter and he said "That it will be a whole year 'till it comes again." Except without Christmas the whole winter season would be depressing instead of just February.

Spring, because everything is new and wonder. Every little flower is pooking through the ground and birds are cherping and the day always brings a new plant emerging from the depths of the ground.

summer because i love to hang out and get a tan and swim in the water and stuff and all the hot guys in swim shorts =]] but NO SPEEDOS! ew

SUMMER SWIM AND YOU DONT HAVE TO WEAR A COAT
WINTER FUN TO STAY INSIDE AND CUDDLE
FALL WATCH THE TREES CHANGE COLORS
I LIVE IN UPSTATE NY AND WE HAVE FOUR SEASONS SO I DONT TAKE ANY FOR GRANTED

Winter. I love the cold, and snow, and shoveling, and hot chocolate, and Christmas.
