I got 26.9 but i am being told its the wrong answer

Use the henderson hasselbach equation: pH = pKa + log [A-] / [HA]. You have the pH, you need the pKa for carbonic acid (6.37) and solve the equation to get the answer, which is [A-] / [HA] = 26.92
