I guess i better say what i mean. Is how many times have you heard that people blame other people or things for what they do? Such as this when this person goes to court she could say the microwave didnt say i couldnt nuke the baby. How many people try this to get out of trouble? And i didnt say they should be held responsable. i have kids and love them .BUT you all know how many nut jobs are out there.

well i guess thats the response you get when you post a question without all the correct info but when it comes to harming innocent children i think the punishment should be the same as what they did to the kid like the nut in houston i think is where it was she forcibly drowned all 5 of her kids including ones that were like 8 years old and now she claims insanity and spends time in a mental ward how about we forcibly drown her just enough to where she almost drowns then give her cpr or shock her azz to bring her back then do it over and over again until the punishment fits the crime or the rapist how about we get a big machine with a dick on it and rape their butt with no lube while they are tied down screaming no they cant do anything just like their victim but that really would apply to kiddie rapers right or molestars whatever but hey what about the lady tha says oh i didnt know i couldnt give a 6 month old benadryl and nothing happen how about we drug her up on some benadryl to she od's i bet that if the punishment fit the crime scenario occurred with things like that and kids then people would leave the kids alone and thats how i feel about nut jobs

Now I understand. Some idiot would probably try it. I once heard of a burglar suing the elderly woman whose home he's broken into. He tripped on something in her house and broke his leg. Sadly, the courts awarded him an unreal amount of damages.

It's a little different with kids and obvious abuse. Sure, someone might try it, but I can't imagine any judge or jury buying it. It's not quite the same as the woman who sued McDonald's over hot coffee. That was an accident; microwaving a baby is a deliberate action.
