you can't change negative feedback unless you mutually agree to withdraw the feedback but it will still be clear that she left you negative feedback in the first place.
You could always leave a follow up to the feedback by going to the feedback forum, you do that by clicking on the feedback icon the going to the feedback forum.GOOD LUCK and i know, there's a lot of pratts on e-bay.

You can ask her (seller) to remove negative feedback although sounds like rude seller to me! I personally sell on ebay and have never left negative unless it took me more than 15 days to recieve payment. Always go back to the auction that you won the item from check to see what their shipping time is usually they ship out upon payment and did you get paypal confirmation showing shipping label info. from the first item was shipped to you? Did you recieve paypal confirmation that a second shipping label was printed? And if you do indeed have both of those emails I would send them to her and ebay customer service as well! There is a section in Ebay Community that you can go to and search feedback issues and there should be a good bit of articles on this subject. I think you can remove your negative or email her asking if you remove your negative would she mind removing your negative. But if I am remembering correctly I think only the seller can change or remove feedback. Good Luck!

You are nicer then I am. I would have never sent payment again, if you had proof the first payment was cashed! Anyhow, to the problem at hand, I would try to go through ebay and mutual withdraw the feedback first. If this is unsuccessful, as I fear it might, you can hire a mediator to try and help you get the feedback withdrawn. I know that you can go to www.squaretrade.com I am not sure if they charge for their services. I have known of one person to use them, and they were successful in having the feedback removed. Good Luck!

You cant change it but you can both mutually agree to withdraw your feedback. The link below will give you more info. You should ask for your money back as you didnt receive the goods. If the seller has proof of postage and you didnt receive the goods then the seller should be able to get a refund from royal mail and give you a refund. Hope this helps

Receiving negative feedback is never a pleasant experience, especially if you feel it was undeserved. If the comment breaches our Feedback Abuse Policy, we'll remove it following a request from you.
However, we can't remove comments because you believe they are untrue, undeserved or left in retaliation. This is because of two fundamental components of the eBay feedback system:
Firstly, the system is a member-to-member system and all comments in the Feedback Forum are based on each member's perception of the trading experience. Members are responsible for their own words.
Secondly, eBay cannot evaluate every feedback for accuracy or fairness. If we began to review and potentially remove feedback comments for these reasons, the removals would be based on our opinion. Because we were not involved in the transaction, we are not able to form an accurate opinion about who is right and who is wrong.
In addition, we cannot remove retaliatory negative feedback for legal reasons. Doing so would mean that eBay would become responsible for, and would have to review, all comments on the site, requiring the review of all comments posted to our site.
What can you do about negative retaliatory feedback?
We understand your concerns about retaliatory and undeserved negative feedback. Our advice is to always speak the truth about your experiences with other eBay members. If you feel negative feedback is appropriate then you should leave it, because your comment may help prevent another member from experiencing the same situation.
In addition, remember that other members will tend to review the negative feedback comments you've received and make their own judgement of each situation. You can help others to further understand the situation by responding to the feedback.
Here are some things you can do to help resolve a feedback issue:
Communicate with your trading partner. We believe direct communication can resolve most disputes quickly. You can request your trading partner's contact information and call him or her. You and your trading partner can agree to mutually withdraw all feedback for the transaction.
Post a response to the comment. We encourage you to leave a professional reply to any comment on your profile that you feel is inaccurate. The feedback system is set up in such a way as to make retaliatory and undeserved comments easy to spot. When a potential trading partner sees that you have a large number of positive comments mixed in with a negative comment or two, the positive comments you have received will always outweigh a negative comment.
Use a dispute resolution service. A third-party online dispute resolution service, such as Square Trade, can mediate the dispute. If both trading partners agree to third-party mediation and also agree to remove the negatives, then eBay will remove the feedback. Third-party online dispute resolution services charge a fee.
Review the Feedback Abuse Policy. If the feedback breaches this policy we'll remove it following a request from you. Find out in what circumstances we'll remove feedback.

Hi,
Keep all the email and contact ebay with a complaint u should be able to access this via ur my ebay page. If not just email them. And they will look into it. If you have proof u paid and u didnt receive it u should get ur money back unless they have proof of postage in that case u probably not get ur money back.
I would avoid any more contact with the seller and go through ebay.

Get E-bay involved in the situation. Get a copy of the cancelled check to show them. If you paid through Paypal, get them involved. It was very rude of her to leave you negative feedback!!! A good seller would not have left negative feedback unless you hadn't paid at all or had been extremely slow to pay. Good luck!

Mutual withdrawal is ineffective a minimum of till October (except you reside in Germany). the only thank you to get it bumped off for now could be to make effective that your shopper leaves precisely a similar damaging feedback for the splendid shopper then touch shopper help. whether considering that shopper feedback as been eradicated this is extremely not a threat. do not do the UPI subject as that must be seen as abuse and get you suspended.

If you sent your e-mails through eBays system, then you have proof of your communications, and you should contact eBay's dispute resolution group. If you did not send your e-mails through their system, they will not accept anything else as proof. You also have the opportunity to respond to the seller's feedback; go to the page where it's located, and follow the directions. Good luck.

Hi
Within the eBay community there is the ability to withdwraw comments if both parties mutually agree. You can also add comments to negative feedback in order for you to correct any mispostings. I would try one of these options in the first instance.
Happy bidding!!!
