Britney shaved her head because her publicist told her that it would be a good publicity stunt.
You see, Britney, and the people who work for her, get money when she appears in public, on the news, on MTV, in the paper, and on the radio, TV and internet.
If you were under contract to make money for the company you work for, or get fired and lose your job, you would do almost anything.
If you had the option of shaving your head to get an extra 50 million paychek this year, wouldn't you do it.
Remember, behind every celebrity there is a hollywood machine grabbing for money!

Personally, I'm upset with society. Everyone giving her **** just because she shaved her head. She's fed up with being followed around everywhere she goes, and acting out her anger by shaving her head and attacking her car with an umbrella or whatever. I'm going to show those papparazzi one two.

she shaved her head for 2 reasons -
1. her family members asked her to do so .
2. in the rehab she will go go under some luxury treatment in which her head will be covered with different things to provide relax . basiclly its a cream.
