I work for a consulting company for the environmental industry. They offer biological services to engineers and planners who are building and restoring pieces of land.

All of the biologists make really good money and development is constantly going on everywhere. By law the planners and developers have to have biological services performed on the land to make certain there are no engangered species, what are the native plants to that area, etc. There is a really wide variety of thing that the biologists do and they serve as project managers.

Try a company like that. The demand is very high. I would be quite proud of my biology degree.
