Most likely. If not a free pizza, you will probably get a coupon or a discount.

Just call. I wouldn't state it that the employee lied to you. I would simply state the situation:

"last night i called at 8:30 to order a pizza that i would be picking up at 9:40, an the lady said I couldnt order it because they were closing early, i didnt get to call my fiance and tell him i couldnt order it, so here went there to pick it up and they were still open."

Then go on to say:

"I just wanted to make sure that a manager was aware of the situation. And I also wanted to let you know that I will probably not be ordering from your establishment again."

At that point, if the manager has any training or common sense he should do everything he can to make it better for you.

Good Luck.

You need to call the STORE MANAGER!! Those lazy @sses just didn't want to take anymore orders. Call and tell the store manager what happened. They are not supposed to do that and the person could possibly get fired. After talking to the store manager, ask for the District Managers phone number. Also, make a call to corporate. That shouldn't have happened and they can get into trouble. You will get a free pizza if not more. Just be really nice and play it up like you were soooooooo disgusted that they lied to you. Because really.....that was just pure laziness on those workers parts...

First of all...rudeness gets you nowhere. I would call and ask to speak to the manager. Then as another answerer stated, CALMLY, explain the situation to them. Tell the facts, don't let emotions get in the way..yet. See what the manager has to say. This is NOT a situation to call up the administrative chain (i.e. District Mgr, General Mgr etc) The manager-on-duty at the time of your call can fix the problem. If you know the name of the employee, that helps even more. You get more with honey...i.e. be sweet and nice. Yelling and threats will only make them hang up on you.

you may get a free pizza if you call. I would request to speak with a manager and tell them your situation. If you aren't happy with the results, call the Pizza Hut Customer Satisfaction number at 1-800-948-8488. Good luck....

You might. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. If you call and complain, they will probably apologize to you and leave it at that. However, there is always the chance that they might give you something. If you call with the attitude that they owe you something then that might hurt your chances of getting something. A lot of times this makes the manager feel scammed. Call, give the facts, be as polite as possible and go from there.
