Buy a restaurant or bar, they deal mostly in cash. Just throw a couple of handfuls of cash into the pile every night. When you make enough money buy another and franchise. The deposits in your bank account will be taxable and legit on paper. Or you could start your own restaurant supply and overcharge yourself for supplies you never receive.
Vegas is a fun way for a short term gain, just convert it to chips a little bit at a time and cash it all in at once. On your taxes you can deduct your entire trip since you came to gamble and made money.
