Sasuke is 12 and Gaara is 12 1/2 but later turns 13 during the fillers.

In Naruto Shuppuden Sasuke is 15 and Gaara is 15, most likely due for a birthday soon.

Well, if Naruto is 12 years old, at that time Sasuke should be 12 and Gaara's age 13 years old.
