Along the sides of my cabinet are sloted metal pieces like what is used on an adjustable shelf. I need 2 pair of 22" slides that have a metal tab on them that fit into this slotted piece. Where can I purchase them?

If you are looking for parts I have not seen them but if the manufacture of the glide still makes the glide just buy a new one. A new glide could change the way a drawer fits and may require modifications you can no do. But if you take the whole glide to the store you may find one that is just like the old one or at least the same dimensions with a new screw location. Make a few marks to show how the drawer fits into the space. Find the lines that you want to make the drawer fit in with the other drawers and doors. Get the lines of where the new glides will connect on the same lines as the old glides.

Try any DIY hardware store.....Home Depot, Lowes, Rona, etc. Take the old one with you to show the sales guy, so you don't have to try to describe it.
