Johnny Depp by a country mile. Al Pacino was incredibly hot when he was younger, and was just starting to grow into a really sophisticated older face, when he dyed his hair, had a stupid facelift and got terrible fake veneers. Now he looks like a middle-aged housewife with stubble. Or Liberace. Check out the pictures below.

Johnny Depp, definitely. If you look at both actors in their earlier work, you can see that Depp is more handsome. Pacino may have more appeal since he's normally a bad ***, and we girls love that. But Depp is generally more good looking.

For sure Johnny. I have never really found Al appealing, Johnny however is very attractive. Whether you like him or not you have to give him that. The guy looks just as good as he did 20 years ago. They could pass for father and son though.
