If this is for a surprise vacation, you are so sweet!!! I don't think you can hide it, at least only until you get to the airport. She'll know where she is going once she gets to the airport. I hope my husband does something like this for me one day.

basically do you want to leave her or is it a surprise?
if you want to leave her:
Get her drunk and get her onto the plane and just say you couldnt afford to be seated next to her or there wasn't enough seats and then get off the plane and let her fly to austrila... when she gets there maybe she will get the point and leave a note in her suitcase before you go,,, maybe she will get the point.
If you want to surprise her...
Just get her drunk again and get her on the plane OR just say your going somewhere else for a weekend and bam your in australia.

Only way i can think off is to drug her through her food then sedate her and crate up for air frieght. You could then have her posted out next day delivery. Let me know if it works and i'll send mine to meet her...

If you mean as a surprise you can book everything and just make sure you organise her visa too. you'll need access to her passport

just do all the booking and tell her she is going to Malta or Gib and tell her you'll be following next day when you see her off on the plane
