It's her first time. Not very old, just got her from pet store 2 weeks ago. I have her seperated from the other fish in one of the breeding tanks. She has been in there for about 2 hours now and still only 2 empty sacs.

It can really vary depending on how many she will have, how old she is, if this is her first brood... lots of factors, too many to be able to guess. Typically though anywhere from 2 hours to 10, though it can go a bit longer.

Yo! It's live breeders indeed. Are you sure she's delivering any time near?
I did have once chance upon a guppy giving birth to her young and took out her fry, one by one. She gave birth to 82 fry. It only took her around 30 mins.
You can actually see those eyes of the babies through her sacks when she's about to give birth.
Symptom: She would be staying low, near bottom of the tank all the while just before delivering.
Good Luck!

Your Guppies very probable gave starting off to many more suitable toddlers, yet Guppy fry are tiny, and they are tasty. a fine looking type of the fry will be eaten until eventually now you even comprehend they're there. The fry you're seeing are probable the survivors that managed to cover lengthy sufficient to strengthen sufficiently massive that they received't be as perfect to the guy fish.

Sacs have nothing to do with it, Guppies are live-bearers, they dont produce egg sacs. It probably will take a while, get her in a breeders net of somekind.

A couple of hours should be enough, but for these things, there are never rules. Put momma in a tank herself, and just leave her. When it's done, it's done, and you shouldn't have to worry about the frye being eaten, mine weren't.
