I live in usa and fiancee lives in Brazil. I want to get a visa for my fiance by ussing power of attorney.

Why don't you go down marry the girl, you can also have a big party when you get back to the the US with your wife.
Unconsummated proxy marriages are NOT recognized for immigration purposes in most countries, including the United States

Go there marry her and go to the consulate to start the process and six months later she will be with you, or get her a tourist visa, bring her to the USA and marry her and take the documents to the immigration, so she can stay in the USA legally. Power of Attorney it is a no no. The other guy is correct.
