Check out the PVAS (Potomac Valley Aquarium Society) web site, many of the members have Marine aquaria. They also have a list of sponsors.

In Virginia, Super Pets has a decent selection of Saltwater items, I was in there yesterday and the coral, fish and invertabrate selection was better than I remember. Wally's Aquarium is a few mile down the road from Super Pets and they typically have a good selection as well.
