Age does not matter. It is up to the person. I'm 20 years old and i work in the aviation field. My working environment is like working with 25 year olds and older. Sometimes i feel like i'm back in school where everyone is just bullsh*ting. I like to work but i look around and everyone is just f*cking around. This guys behave as if they were younger than me, you know. Sometimes its alright because you gotta have fun at work, but not all the time. I know my job pretty good and this guys come and ask me how to do this and that. Its like they don't want to mature. Some people are just not ready. A person can mature as fast as they want but unfortunately there is those who just don't want to.

I think that most people become mature and well-rounded in their 40's. Before that they haven't really had enough life experience, generally speaking and after that they start to lose it a little. Sometimes older people act a little childish in my opinion. So yes, 40's is as mature, well-rounded and level-headed as it gets I think.

Unfortunately, some people never become well-rounded adults. I'm 51 now, and I was about 25 years old before I realized that my parents weren't quite as dumb as I thought they were.

It all depends on the person and their personality really.
Some people are 42 and act like they're 8,
but most of the time people Mature pretty well around the time they are 22 or so.
That's my opinion.

when they reach 21, i know its 21 cause researchers have done extensive studies on the human brain and have discovered that the human body will be matured at 21, thats why gambling and drinking is only aloud 21 years of age and up

I think that the older we get the wiser we get but 40 is a good age to have been exposed to many of life's challenges

I would have to say their 30's. It seems that they only want to party when they are younger and can not carry on a decent conversation

35 seems to be the magic number. By that time people have sown their wild oats and have their futures thought out.
