don't freak out for starters. if you are miscarring there is nothing that can be done about it. i miscarried before and ya got to tell yourself that it is god's way of saving you from raising a three-eyed, one-legged baby or something. when it is meant to be it will be. I am currently 2 months pregnant now and i have a quite frequent pain in my left side. Oddly enough, this is a poop issue. lol. i am sick constantly as well with sore boobs. my doctor said that it is a very good sign if you are sick. high level of pregnancy hormone or something to that effect. the stress you put on yourself will only hurt, so try to remember to breath and relax. if you really are freaked out about it, you can call your doc back and tell him your fears....there really isn't anything he will be able to about it either though.....good luck, everything will be alright...:)

Any extremely sharp pain that are on one side of your abdomen should be checked out ASAP. It could be nothing--just pulling and strecthing. Many women experience cramping during the first few weeks. BUT, if there is very sharp pain it could be an ectopic pregnancy. If you ignore it, your tube could rupture and you could bleed out. It is not something to ignore.

Just make sure you mention it to the dr....miscarriage is associated with bleeding and cramping, usually not ovary pains...it could just be some stretching going on, esp. if its your first pregnancy...you tend to feel everything thats going on because its all new...sore boobs and nausea are normal in pregnancy..I wouldnt panic, just make sure to let your Dr. know....Good Luck~

Keep that appt and hopefully it is not an ectopic pregnancy. I have never heard of ovary pain during pregnancy.
