I will be travelling with my boyfriend. We are adventurous, like NICE bars and expensive restuarants, people watching, exploring and culture. We haven't planned any of it yet - not even the hotel so all suggestions gratefully received!

places to visit-
siloso beach and underwater world at sentosa, jurong bird park,nite safari, mt faber,chinatown,little india(go on weekdays..cos on wkends its overcrowded wit indians),esplanade, shopping at orchard rd, marina sq,suntec,vivocity,paragon and ngee ann city (for branded items like gucci,prada,LV,etc)....
nice bars / retaurants n cafes
cafe del mar at sentosa, wine bar at zouk, ps cafe at dempsey rd, halia restaurant at spore botanical garden, sebastien at greenwood avenue, ministry of sound at clarke quay for clubbing, may try out different flavours sheesha at arab streets, for nice champagne go for inter continental hotel lounge, another nice bar is the loft at odeon towers..is on an open sky roof bar,living room at marriott hotel @orchard rd ,postbar at fullerton hotel, equinox @ swissotel, mandarin hotel (triple 9 restaurants for their buffet)

How AWESOME... i vebeen to SIngapore 2ce and just loved it. Check on soem hotels online, the island is small so it's easy to find something.
1) I loved the fountain of welth at sunset / night it was beautifull ... with the music and light and the water www.suntec.com/sg/
2) Sentosa Island is touristic but lost of fun... Its a small Island and you can choose of different way to get to it, like a skyride (cable car) very high above the water. They have a mono rail that geos around the Island. White sandy beaches and lush tropical fauna, you will see wildlife monkey;s and the have a cute Pink dolphin resort. www.sentosa.com.sg/
3)Boat Quay is a great place to hang out have a few drinks and have something to eat. All the restaurants, bars have all different colored outsides and is right at the water. Lots of people outside, while you have music everywhere..
You can buy a map anywhere there and get ideas of where little india is which they have some very diffrent temples, and worship items. Everybody speak english and is very friendly to help.
The night sfari was very dissapointing and i woudl not recomment it at all.... we might have seen 1 lion. all animals wer erelaxinag dn unable top be vieuwed as we travle din a little train across the road ....
There is also an AWESOME church where they have like 5 or 6 services throughout the sunday because it is so popular. you do have to be at leats 20 min early otherwise you end up waiting for the next service.

for 3 days n 2 nights, this is a suggested itinerary
Day One: visit our ZOO, have lunch there while viewing the animals as well. early evening: go shopping in Orchard Road, a good place for people watching, visit indochine restaurants and bars there. Night time for Clubbing: go to Ministry of Sound, the Cannery for your dancing and people mingling.
Day Two: Explore our man made island, Sentosa, chill out at the newly opened Cafe de Mar, lots of people watching during the weekends, have a nice suntan as well. Night time can chill out at the beach bars or head over to Clarke Quay for more clubbing.
Day Three: if there is still time head to Chinatown for some sightseeing and local Chinese food. or head to bugis for some shopping
for hotel wise you can try Fullerton, Ritz Carlton or the Raffles Hotel, they are pretty good

Hotel is easy York hotel go for the superior room not the basic one ask for room 609 lovely room, shower and bath with shower great for getting washed up after and good bit of excerises. 100 yards to Orchard Road for all your shopping. take a taxi to clark Quay and walk over to oat Quy ideal people watching.
Another people watching afternoon take a cover on Orchard Road don't do it at the corner of Scott's Road and Orchard Road it is damn expensive.
Full day at Sentosa Island for fun day like a very small Dsiney and get a taxi to half way for the cable car and get a round trip. End the day with a coffee overlooking the the roadwith the newly refurbished bar.
Go to China town for nice restuatants also Go to Hooters in Clark Quay only Hooters in Asia.
