well what exactly do you mean by ghetto?

there is '5 Points', and other small neighborhoods that house lower class residents, but i wouldn't necessarily call it the ghetto since that is where i was raised. every city has lower-class neighborhoods, so i guess the answer to your question would be YES...

A lot of Denver is ghetto.

Every urban center has more and less desirable neighborhoods. It's an unavoidable situation ... where you have commerce and business you will have wealthier people who will then need less wealthy people to work in the service jobs.
The less wealthy people have to live in less desirable neighborhoods.
It's the underbelly of capitalism, that the Repubs don't want you to see.
