Okay, you need to have the modem connected to your PC. I am guessing you have it connected via USB? If so make sure it's connected and restart your PC. Right click on "my computer" "properties" "hardware""device manager" you should see a yellow question mark next to a line of text.

The text should read what modem is connected to your PC and that it needs the drivers.

Take the information from the properties of the device and use this to get to the website and download the drivers to a disk from someone elses computer, because you can't access the internet from yours?

Good Luck!

You can either Google the FCC ID or you can google the first set of numbers on the biggest chip on the modem.

Either one will tell you what modem it is. From their you can go to the manufacturers website, or you can go to driverguide.com and download the drivers.
