English grievances: Native Americans don't have deeds to property, they have plenty of land to share, they are not developing the area.

Native Americans: British people are pushy, demanding, ill prepared to survive, try to take possession of Mother Earth, territorial.

Solutions: Native Americans would allow settlements at Cape town, not interfere with it's development. Not offer food or farming education- even if that means that settlers would starve.

2. British would not expand beyond the established territories. They will not push their belief systems on the surrounding culture.
They will not sell or purchase property that was not given to them in this agreement in the future.
