You can have up to 6 ounces of light tuna a week. It is recommended that you do not have any albacore or tuna steak as the mercury levels are three times as high.
I however am staying off all fish all together for the rest of my pregnancy. I had food poisoning induced by a fish sandwich over the weekend and ended up in the hospital for an entire day.
So just be careful with the amounts and type of fish you eat.
The worst feeling I ever had was not knowing if my baby was okay... but he is thankfully!

It should be okay to eat some tuna helper. Even some fish tacos and stuff like that. Actually broiled/grilled fish while you're pregnant is very healthy for you. It's the Mercury you want to stay away from.

A little Tuna Helper would be fine, but don't go trying to eat the whole can by itself!

Having tuna occasionally is fine, just don't eat it a lot. (more than 1 or 2 times a week) because of the mercury levels in tuna if you eat too much, it can be bad for you and the baby. But every once in a while isn't going to hurt anything. Cooking it doesn't get rid of mercury.

You can have up to one whole can of tune per week. It's actually very healthy for you (and for baby's brain). You are supposed to avoid shark and other fish who have high levels of mercury, and I would avoid albacore tuna as well because it has more mercury than regular canned tuna.
I found tuna to be a craving of mine, too!

You can eat fish (it does have to be cooked) but try to limit the intake to 1 or 2 servings a week and just in case you are curious it is okay to eat crablegs to.

Eat it, and just use chunk light tuna.

You can have 2 cans of chunk light tuna or 1 can of albacore tuna a week.
