Have you ever witnessed something not quite right, and kept quiet about it, even though you know you should of said something at the time???????

Yes , and maybe this time it was good. I saw 3 people waiting for work at a labor hall and they were asking me a bunch of questions about what you needed to be sent out on a job. They were shifty and would not make eye contact, they were trying to hide their faces and not look at anyone . My whole body went on alert. I stepped outside for a smoke and there was a cop we exchanged hello's and how are you's. I could have said somethingbut I didn't. Long story short 2 days later they did a 4 hour standoff and were arrested for Murder ! They killed 3 people and stold a car in another state !

As I am entering my fifties I tend to speak up and say my piece when I see something that I disagree with - if the others have an opinion I may listen to it but still leave with my point being aired'. However, up until my late forties I would have to say yes - I did turn a blind eye - perhaps as we grow older some things become less acceptable or we gain more courage I do not really know. But I remember thinking often " I wish I would have said something" - which now I feel I do.

When I was younger I did, out of ignorance about what to do. Now, I go to someone that can do something about it, and report it.
