Not really sure if it has to do with bipolar disorder....but the best movie I know of that deals with psychatric disorders is *Girl Interruped* with Angelina Jolie, Winona Ryder, Whoopi Goldberg.....

there was an excellent film called " keane "
and um... one ages ago with an early daniel craig ( now james bond )
called "some voices " hard to find now though...
very touching stories about people suffering horrible mental illness.
