My brother has gain weight and someone told me there is something we can use to make the neck bigger, so he can still wear his shirts.

nope!! besides wearing the top button open there isnt anything you can do without it looking awful!! sorry!

Invest in new shirts. You never want to compromise quality over looking your best.
There's nothing you can really do without partially ruining the shirts.

Better clothing stores will have a little hoop thing that will open it up a little bit, I am assuming he is going to be wearing a tie so you won't notice it.
