which cilviztion is stronger? eqypt,rooman,persian?

SInce they existed in different times, except for Persia and Rome, you can't really compare them. There was also two distinct Persian empires, one was a bronze age culture conquered by Alexander, and the other was an iron age culture eventually conquered by Muslims. The Egyptians were at the height of their power during the late braonze age while Rome and Persia were powerful well into the iron age. Persia fought Rome to a standstill, so you could argue that the two were evenly matched.

When the Romans did fight the same tactics which destroyed the early Persian empire they won. ALexander's Perisa destroying phalanx was no match for the legionaries. The Egyptians were largely irrelevant by this time and the Egyptian lost in battle to the Romans.

I guess the Romans. But if you allow other empires into the equation, I'd have to say that the Mongolian empire was bigger, the economy was stronger, the people had a higher literacy rate and were able to defeat much larger armies.
