Not only is this incredibly dangerous infection wise, but do you know how many veins run through your face? Severing any one of those can permanently paralyze your face. Professionals know how to avoid these spots, can steralize their equipment, etc. Plus, do you really think your parents are going to let you keep it if you do it behind their backs? Getting a disease/infection isn't the best way to prove to them that you're mature enough to get a piercing. If anything, it'll make it so they never trust you again.

Oh my God. Its common sense to know that if you don't know what you are doing you really should do it.
Your friend could cause SERIOUS damage to your body and health. I STRONGLY advise you to just suck it up, save your money and wait until you are 16 and then get the piercing.
I know the 'steps and everything' but I'm a PROFESSIONAL piercer and someone who was trained to do the piercing. Your friend, while probably loyal is a horrible friend for being willing to help you with this. Just wait.

Personally don't care for body piercing, however, if your mind is
set, your best friend should;
1.check out Professional "piercers" in the area
2. check around for personal experiences with given Professions
3. help you choose a Professional with regard to their sterile
practices and satisfaction of the customer
4. accompany you to the Professional
5. give you a ride home from the Professional
6. make sure there's no infection in the wound the Professional
put upon you
7. you look better without it -- don't do it

If you don't have a professional pierce something on your body, it is a lot more dangerous.
Also, keep in mind. You might think a pierced eyebrow is cool now, but in several years, you could regret it.

dear god DON'T DO IT! my boyfriend pierces people. he's licensed, and works out of our apartment. the WORST thing you can do for yourself is have someone who's not trained or licensed in body piercing touch you with a needle. there are so many infections you can get, even when they ARE done professionally. it could completely disfigure that part of your face, cause numbness, tingly, or TOTAL loss of movement.

do not do this on your own! it's much more complicate than ear-piercing, and the scars it could leave if there are problems will be highly visible.

Do not mutilate your body.
If you have unnatural piercings or tattoos, many Men will run away from you thinking that you are weird .
