I learned a long time ago how to take criticism, think it through and then let it go. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but I don't have to let it affect me. Constructive criticism is something everyone needs to learn to accept. It is meant to help you improve.

Yes you can. Just think about it like this, opinions are like as@ holes and everyone has one. Some people aren't happy unless they are criticizing others.

Oh hell yes, i always remind myself that the person criticizing me does not pay my bills, did not give me life and is not my salvation.

you have to... what people think of me is none of my business. but, if people give constructive criticism, then maybe i need to learn something here. if people say anything, it's because they wanted you to know. so the best thing would be to listen, see if you can apply it, if not, let it fly.
