My father did once- about 10 yrs ago. My parent's had picked me up at the airport and we were returning to their house. We were driving behind a van for some sort of delivery service (DHL I think) when the driver rolled down his window and flung a bag of litter onto the road. He insisted my mother write down the phone # on the bumper sticker and called the # and complained that the driver of van # xxx was a slob, who threw stuff out the window at such and such a time.

I never have, but I am an office manager for a contractor and I have received these calls. To be honest I tell the person calling that I will handle it and it will never happen again, but when I tell my boss he just laughs and says that the only people who call are the ones that cause the problems. We have never taken any disciplinary action on our "reckless drivers". Even though we get calls about once Every 1-3 months on one specific driver, my boss still feels that you would only call if you are the aggressor.

Called one from a Wells Fargo, security truck.
Got a canned recording, which was about right when I consider how the F&A was driving. Not gratifying.

Yep. I have called on a Tractor Trailer.
Those vehicles are owned by companies who take their business seriously and want to reprimand their drivers for unsafe driving habits.

My friend did after the huge big rig caused a huge rock to crack her windshield. They actually replaced the window for her!
However I'm tempted to when I see one of those trucks drive crazy out in the freeway.

Yep, right after the guy sideswiped a guard rail and then cut in front of me, and then was weaving in and out of traffic. I figured either he was drunk, having some sort of attack or just a idiot who got his trucking license courtesy of Illinois Governor George Ryan, so I busted him out. Then I called the state patrol, so THEY could REALLY bust him out!
When the cops pulled him over (I kinda followed him, yeah, Munya's like DAT!), I yelled out the window "SO LONG, SUCKA!"

No I haven't, I don't feel like wasting my time for some guy that's trying to make a living to get a slap on the wrist for driving like everyone else does.
