Nothing is really wrong.
Your break pads are just set off.
take them back to the place you had them replaced at and tell them.

1st, are they grabbing in the front or back?

2nd, if its front, you probably have a worn out brake line(rubber),

3rd, if its back, you might want to check out your brake hardware and make sure they're in the right positions and not backwards.

I'm betting that your problem is in the rear, and that you have some of the hardware in backwards, not an uncommon mistake for someone trying to save a few dollars and do their brakes themselves.

Take your vehicle to a trusted technician and have him show you how they're done properly and fix whats wrong.

i own a repair shop, and it could have dirt in the master cylinder not letting it release all the way or it can be a bad rotor or a bad drum causing this,if the rotors or drums are out of round they will cause one to grab a little ,so this might be something you want to check out ,or have done,it can cause you to loose control if you have to hit them real hard, good luck,i hope this help,s.

Rear brakes (drums) are either worn out, or are clogged with old brake dust. Check them, or get them checked.
