I purchased and downloaded and installed driver genius professional it worked okay but then quit working,?

I have installed again from the official webb site.but it still will not work,could it be that i have blocked it in some way?

Uninstall it via your Add/Remove Programs in your Control Panel.

Restart your computer

Then download and install it again.

This generally will fix your problem.
