As usual, Iraq was on the news. I heard a trucker ask, in general, what is going on? Then I heard a woman say, well they started it, and she referred to 9/11. How many people truly believe that Iraq did anything to America on 9/11? I know it seems like a stupid question to ask, but it is even more stupid to believe.

Iraq did not have anything to do with 9/11. Iraq did not even have the 'weapons of mass destruction' Bush was so proudly maintaining they had. Now we have an even bigger mess on our hands. I still am not convinced that Bin Laden did 9/11 . I don't care what friggin video was shown to the public. But then I won't vote for Bush either.

Iraq had nothing to with it. If they look at it, it is a person doing this. not a whole country. Bush brought this on us. Something could have been done before 9-11 took place they new about it and now we no not we the people fighting are paying for it. why should one have to lose their life for a man (BUSH) that dose not care?

When will you liberals catch on? The war is not just about 9/11.
You have only seized on that because it's the only thing you can.
I've got a better idea. Why don't we pull everybody out of Iraq and then we will just wait?. and wait? and wait?
And we'll wonder who is coming across our border and what they are bringing with them.
Or maybe, like Tim McVeigh, they'll be able to use commonly available chemicals to build something really big.
Yeah that's a good idea.

It's not a stupid question to ask and in fact is a very legitimate one. There was not one Iraqi involved in or even indirectly involved in 9/11. Iraq did absolutely nothing to America.

Iraq had nothing to do with the attack on 9/11. As bad as the situation was within Iraq, Saddam did keep the lid on the situation.
This entire invasion of Iraq has to do with oil, and no other reason.
We have greedy liars in control, and the world is suffering for it.To quote, "tell enough people, a big enough lie, for enough time, and it will be believed."

I'm with you buddy. There is a documentary called "Loose Change". I think every "red-blooded American" should watch it. It basically shows you the underlining factors associated with that fateful day. In other words, not too many people believe that Iraq (Saddam), Osama or any reason why we are at war was a justifiable cause for the "War on terrorism". If you ask me, I think the terrorists are a little bit closer to home than any Iraqi or otherwise "resistance" force.

To answer this question you need to understand the basics of terrorism. terrorism simple job is to terrorise.whether Iraq was involved with OSM [osama-bin-laden] with 9/11 is a matter of conjecture. Saddam was a supporter of OSM but whether or not he was involved we will never know.Ultimately we never should have left Iraq back in 91 we needed to stay there then and finished the job. whether we invaded because of oil you can argue before and against until we are both black and blue. however FACT Saddam didn't adhere to any of the security resolutions put in place by the United nations for twelve years he thumb his nose at the rest of the world and did whatever he wanted to do.To you guys who go on and on about us invading i wonder how many of you has actually been there. i was stationed there in 1990 and 91 i was attached to the CDT's and i was appalled by how Saddam had wrecked his country. He was elected in 79 by 94% of the vote in 2002 he won by 100% how long do you go on talking to a dict actor before you resort to heavier actions i ask you.

The current Iraq didn't do anything to us. We have no business even being there in the first place other than to circumvent OPEC.
Reagan's admin did a satellite scan of the Earth. The biggest untapped petroleum resources were in:
1. Afghanistan
2. Iraq
And so we go....

And it wasn't our government that did this horrible crime, as some have ask questions on this site.
9/11 was Osama bin Laden and his idiots.
