Absolutely not.
Leggings with a long shirt and a belt, maybe, if you can pull it off.
But to be honest, this whole tights fad is unflattering for most women, unless you're Giselle Bundchen or Sienna Miller. Especially with a mini skirt.
Women should learn to dress their body by what looks good for THEM, not what looks good in catalogs and on models. This fad will pass, anyway, and then women will have a supply of footless tights and leggings that they will have no use for.
Stick with cute sundresses or flirty, flowy skirts if you want to show off your legs. There is one style dress out there that will flatter almost any body type and the world will be a prettier place.

Girls or anyone should be able to wear whatever they want. However, just be warned - wearing tights alone looks completely stupid -sure models can wear them on a runway- but try wearing that in public- absolutely not. Nobody, regardless of age,weight or whatever should ever be caught wearing just tights. Not even in the gym.

Only if you are under the age of 5! If you are over the age of 5 grow up & get some real pants on! Some people dont have the type of body built for tights & we dont want to encourage them to wear them.... :)

I think if you wear a tunic type shirt or a mini over the tights it would be okay. It's also how that person carries herself. - like a lady.

that is HOT!!! In fact, I thought it was so hot that i just whipped off my skirt now and im sitting in the college library in my fishnet tights and ugg boots. gonna go to the bathroom to take off the panties in a minute. do you think the library security guy will kick me out? or ask for my number? or ask me to stop commiting crimes against humanity?
