Other than philosophy professors, there are very few careers that immediately "go" with that major. However, there are LOTS of careers that would benefit by having people with backgrounds in philosophy -- lawyers (great), business (great), politics (great), educators (good), you get the drift. I would think most philosophy students probably end up getting a grad degree in something more "applied" to the real world (or end up working at Barnes & Noble. :))

a lot of Philosophy majors end up going to Law School. Other than that the only thing I can really think of is being a professor. There really aren't a lot of jobs geared towards Philosophy Majors.
