It may sound really really really cheesy, but the best etiquette book I've ever read (trust me, I've read a lot) was Princess Lessons by Meg Cabot (A Princess Diaries book). It's super self-explanitory.

There are a lot of different things to consider when it comes to etiquette. Good manners are different in different situations. Good manners in dinners are different from good manners in conversation are different from good manners in self-defense. Dressing with elegance means different things for different people.
To give you a proper answer would take books and books and books worth of information. The best I can do for you is recommend some websites that you can visit and do some research on your own! :-)
Below are websites to Emily Post, the most famous etiquette queen. Though much of her etiquette was written in the 1920s, very little of it is outdated, and can often be applied in today's society.
Good luck! :-)

This is not 1865....real ladies are not belles with flowy dresses and lemonade. Women have to work, etc. If you want ot be a reallady, be a woman with morals, intelligence, and your own opinion. Do not worry about elegance...BLAH!

You could check with a modeling / talent agency. They often have courses on etiquette, how to choose classy outfits, how to properly apply makeup, the correct way to sit and get out of cars, etc. There's alot to it. But the best way to be a true lady is to treat everyone, regardless of class level, with equal respect. People are remembered for their actions and not their possessions.

read about etiquette for different occasions.
social, weddings, business, dinner, etc.
Start with your manners at the table ( very important in social and business settings) and your vocabulary . A more elegant choice of words give you more credibility and eliminating slang from your vocabulary always helps!

Good luck !

I love this quote I heard a few years ago.

Act as though you already are what you want to become.

this is a good place to start.

Well keep your back straight, keep conversation short (peaple dont like very long answers or comments). Also wear what you like to wear, and also wear the color that suits you. or just wear your fave color. smile alot, or when peaple ask you questions. And always stay on topic.

hope it helps~
