no, seems like a fitting punishment for..well, just about anything. If it makes you feel better I poke holes in people for a living, I'm a phlebotomist..it's great.

yes, among many other things, it's poor customer service. it's also a one-way ticket to JAIL, murder charges, etc... TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT. Just lay off your client; sooner or later he'll go away.
